Are there any other acne treatments that are powerful other than Accutane?

Kiehls- Rare Earth Mask for clogged pores and Skin Tone Corrector
La Prairie-Blemish Control it works but the pimples keep coming back i need something effective
Clinique-Acne Solutions and Even Better skin corrector
Proactive
Clean and Clear
Neutrogena
any suggestions let me know at this point pricey items dont matter as long as they are effective.
