What acne treatments really work? I tried everything! Does anyone have any suggestions?

Then I ordered Neutrogena Skin ID and it worked very quick, it’s the best thing I’ve ever used.
Just saying, if you’re unsure on what to get, try Skin ID, it works really well.

How will multiple acne treatments affect my acne?

i heard that proactiv and neutrogena doesnt work and my frends tried it as well but they broke out even more.
i heard about the murad acne complex.
does that work?
will it clear it up less then a month?
i have dry skin with oily skin.around the nose,forehead and sometimes cheeks its oily.
usually my cheeks are very dry and flake.
sometimes it just burns to even apply lotion but my nose and forehead always is oily and full of well stuff like acne.
what can i use to make them disapear?

I have been using clean and clear for about a year now.
I had acne for over about a year and half or so.
I have actually tried proactiv and my friends all used neutrogena but it made their acnes worse and made them breakout.
Just please tell me if murad works.
