Can I use lemon juice and prescription medication together for my acne?

Even if you don’t know about the acne medications, but you have used lemon juice on your face, I would appreciate hearing your experience with it 
I’m not worried about my skin drying out, so its okay. I just want to know if it will have an adverse effect?
