I still break out. My dermatologist has me on Benzaclin and Differin. They both make my acne go away quicker than usual, but I would like a medication that will prevent acne, not just slowly reduce it. The only downfall is I don’t want one that will dry out my skin. Is there even such a thing?

Best Facial Moisturizers for Dry Skin?

Also I eat a VERY well balanced diet. I eat as many fruits and veggies as I can. And I drink at least the recommened amount of water a day so my diet and hydration are not factors.

I just saw the infomercial for Murad Acne Complex last night and I thought it was an answer to my prayers. I’m a 15 year old female with absolutely horrible acne. I just can’t deal with it anymore, and because of it my self esteem is the lowest it could ever possibly get. I ordered it and it should come in about 3 days. I decided to look up some reviews on this product and my heart dropped. I can’t even count the number of times i’ve heard people say that using Murad was the worst mistake of their entire life because of the irritation, scars, and even worse acne it caused. Please give me some feedback on what I should do. Is there any 15-19 year old female out there with bad acne that this actually did work for?!

I’ve also tried Proactive and just about every other product on the market.
