There’s probably nothing that you can put on your face to get rid of the spots. You can make a nice mask from avocado and strawberries. Just mix them up 50/50 in blender or mash them up together aswell as you can, then slap them on your face for about 15 mins then rinse off well. Eat whatever is left over, hehee. This will help to keep your skin soft.
However, acne is usually caused by hormones, therefore the best thing for it is for you to eat well, plenty fresh fruit and veg. And also drink 2 litres of water a day to help keep the toxins out of your body. Also take a good multi vitamin.
Strawberry face scrub:
Steps:
Take hundred grams of strawberries.
One teaspoon of lemon juice.
Two teaspoons of milk powder.
Mash the strawberries and obtain the pulp. Mix the pulp with lemon juice and milk powder. The scrub is made and ready to use. Apply it on face and neck. After fifteen minutes, scrub it away by using fingertips and wash your face with tepid water in which juice of half a lemon is added. Splash cold water on your face.
Banana face scrub:
Steps:
Take one banana.
Take yolks of two eggs.
One cup of almond oil.
Beat the yolks of eggs with oil till the mixture is well blended. Mash the banana and mix it with the mixture which is obtained by beating yolks with oil. The scrub is ready to be applied on the face and neck. Apply it for half an hour and then wash it with water containing a teaspoon of lemon juice. Then rinse off with cold water.
Oatmeal face scrub:
Steps:
Take one tablespoon of oatmeal.
One tablespoon of milk powder.
Two tablespoon of lemon juice.
Mix all the ingredients all apply the mixture on the face. Wait till it dries. Then scrub it with fingertips and wash it off with tepid water.
Aloe vera pack:
Steps:
Take five teaspoons of aloe vera gel.
Half teaspoon of turmeric powder.
One teaspoon of ground apricot.
Two teaspoons of almond oil.
Four teaspoons of orange peel powder.
Mix all of the ingredients together and apply the mixture evenly on the face. Make it stand for one hour and then wash it off with water
Sunflower face scrub:
Steps:
Take one teaspoon of sunflower oil.
Take the yolk of one egg.
One teaspoon of brewer’s yeast.
Mix the ingredients and the scrub is ready. Apply it on face for 20 minutes and then wash your face with lukewarm water. Give a splash of cold water after 5 minutes.
Peach face scrub:
Ingredients:
Two tablespoons of peach pulp.
Two tablespoons of milk powder.
One teaspoon of lemon juice.
One teaspoon of honey.
Mix milk powder, honey and peach pulp and apply them on face. Wash it off after 15 minutes with lukewarm water containing the lemon juice. Then splash off cold water on the face.
Almond mask
Ingredients:
Take four almonds.
Two tablespoons of milk.
One vitamin A capsule.
One tablespoon of orange juice.
Soak the almonds in water and grind them with milk. Add orange juice to it. Squeeze out the contents of vitamin A capsule and add it to the mixture and then apply over face and neck for 20 minutes and then wash it off with water.
