well the cause is chocolate , chipz,and soda wich all have some kind of acid but the best treatment would be oyster cream wich is found anywhere

The food, overall the junk food. The most effective? a balanced and natural diet, avoid fatty food and carbs.
I’ve had the best success with over-the-counter products containing 2% salicylic acid. But it must be used on a regular basis, not just here and there as treatment for already occuring blemishes. What it does is keep the pores cleaned out so not as many blemishes form in the first place.
Acne is not caused by food. Certain foods can aggravate acne, but not cause it.
Acne is caused when skin pores become blocked, due to excessive oils being generated. Then the oil sac becomes infected by bacteria, and pimple forms.
Acne medicines basically work by regulating the oil production, and or keeping pores clean.
Acne IS NOT caused by what you eat. Some people are just prone to acne. Teenagers usually get it, but people with oily skin usually have it most of their life until their skin drys out. Depending on how severe it is, you can consult you family doctor or a dermatologist. If it is mild acne, Neutrogena, Aveeno, or Proactiv works. I have noticed if acne is moderate or severe, these products do not work & a doctors visit is in order.
