Mary Kay 4-step acne treatment!
go to the doctor they will give you medication/cream or something that should clear it up
Well I use Clearasil in the shower.
And I use this liquid stuff called:
Equate Sensitive Skin Astringent at night before I go to bed.
I used to have really bad acne. bUt, now I barely have any.
Only like 1 or 2 here and there so it keeps it under control.

Doing acne treatments at home is the best way if you have mild acne. However, if you have cystic acne then you may need to visit a dermatologist for proper treatment. Acne, if not treated properly can get worse. It’s always wise to err to the side of caution.
Step 1 ProductsAcne treatments at home help instill a good skin care regimen, which is what needs to be done to keep skin healthy. In addition, keep in mind after the acne has cleared up a skin care regimen needs to stay in place or the acne will come back.
To begin an acne skin care routine you first need the correct products. You will need an acne facial cleanser, chemical exfoliate (no scrubbing), toner or medicated pads and an oil free moisturizer. Oatmeal facials are also good once a week until skin is cleared up then once every 4-6 weeks.
Step 2 Steam faceThe first step is to use steam or moist heat on the face to open the pores. Small towels in a crock pot works well, especially come facial time. When the towel/cloth loses heat remove it. Next cleanse the face with an acne facial cleanser, not soap, and rinse with tepid water.
Step 3 ExfoliateExfoliation is the next step which isn’t done every day, but as needed, each person’s skin is different. Use the chemical exfoliates, so that there’s no need for scrubbing. Only use one exfoliate product at a time. When not doing exfoliation use toner or medicated pads to remove the last bit of oil or dirt.
Step 4 MoisturizeNo home acne treatment is complete without a good acne moisturizer. Choose one that states it helps prevent acne breakouts this way you know its oil free and will supply the correct balance of moisture. In fact, stick with a gentle product line, do not use harsh drying products on the face or skin.
Step 5 Before/afterKnow that it can take time to find the best products for your skin. If a product irritates it then don’t use it again and try another. However, be patient when doing acne home treatments and give them time to work. Within two weeks you should see an improvement.
Step 6 Diet and exerciseFinally, it’s always best to lead a healthy lifestyle to keep skin healthy. A more natural diet of fresh fruits and vegetables instead of processed refined foods and plenty of water will help tremendously. After all, acne comes from the inside out not the other way around. Exercise is also helpful, by reducing stress, which contributes to acne break outs.
