Does anyone know any reeaaallly good acne treatments that will get rid of my acne really fast?

HI there, Acne is not easy to treat and sadly there is no quick treatment, you need to change your diet. There are so many expensive creams like Eurecrin and Cetraben.
Give them a try and try using a good face wash like Simple Brand. Simple Face Washes May Be Cheaper than the rest but they are the best for acne and Eczema.

I use Benza Clin (clindamycin-benzoyl peroxile gel) and it works really well for me. BUT you have to get a doctors prescription.
See a dermatologist. Dermatologists specialize in skin issues, and will be more helpful than a general practitioner. Depending on the severity of your acne, the doctor will prescribe a combination treatment. Acne is caused by hormones and stress, not by foods, as once believed, although a healthy diet and exercise program can’t hurt. You may be given an oral antibiotic, such as minocycline or doxycycline, a face wash or wipes and leave-on lotion, such sufacetamide, clindamycin, or perscription strength benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. You may also be given Retin-A cream, which helps acne, though occasionally you might get a tiny bit worse briefly until it starts to work. I never had a problem with it. The doctor may also have you come in once a month, or occasionally for chemical peel facials or dry ice treatments. Don’t let them do both peel and dry ice on one day. They tried that once day on me. The nurse messed up and tried to do both, and it irritated my face so much that I got some minor burns and had to dip my face in milk to neutralize it at home. It looked scarier than it was. I have really sensitive skin, and the nurse messed up. Get someone who knows what they are doing. You may also be given, strangely, an oil-free moisturizer, such as Cetaphil. Sometimes when skin gets too dry and irritated, it produces more oil, and you can end up with a break-out. Also, it will help keep you from peeling from the retin A. Cetaphil also makes a gentle face wash that will totally fix excessive dryness if used with the moisturizer. In “last resort” situations, they may prescribe accutane, a drug that has a lot of possible negative side effects. It cannot be taken by pregnant women, or someone who could possibly become pregnant. (severe birth defects). I think it’s dangerous, and it can cause suicidal thoughts in some individuals, depression, dryness, joint pain, as well as weight gain and hair loss. Other ways to combat acne include washing all sunglasses in hot soapy water daily and keeping your cell phone, computer desk, and other items you use a lot disinfected, and doing yoga (to de-stress).
