Are there any ‘miracle’ acne treatments which actually work?

Yes they do work. But obviously different people have different skin. See a dermatologist so they can give you the right prescription. I’ve heard lavender oil works. There’s also Clearasil, which helped me.
I am almost 29 years old and I still have acne. I have literally tried everything over my lifetime including dermatologist. The ONLY thing that has ever helped me was ProActive. And I do mean the ONLY thing!! I started using it in 2000 and I still use it to this day. I have even tried to use other stuff even while I was using ProActive but the acne would always come back. I would give it a try. And don’t get the “same as ProActive” crap they sell in drug stores…it’s not the same at all! Good luck!
Step 1: NEVER ORDER PROACTIV. EVER. It basically strips your face, and my doctor told me it was too harsh. It was bleaching the towels!
See your doctor on a breakout day like I did. I was getting scars along the jawline, and she prescribed anti-biotics to get ‘milder acne.’ However, my mum and dad both had vitamin treatments which completely cured their skin.

i found nothing work but one..
i.e bark of neem tree (i had severe acne my doc prescribed isotretenoin that worked adverse)…
1.Take bark of neem tree (available at any ayurvedic store).
2.Mix with water to make thick paste.
3.Apply this on pimples.
4.Keep it for half an hour.
Benefits: this is a very effective home remedy. this paste can heal severe acne also.
