I have acne, not too bad, but definitely not good. I’ll get up to like five or six larger zits on my face at a time. Also, I have some blackheads around my nose. I want to know what the BEST acne medication is? It can be one you have to order off the internet/tv or just a home remedy! I just want some feedback! Thank you!

accutane, but if your female u cannot get pregnant while on this medication. It is very harmful to a growing fetus and they actually make you take monthly pregnancy tests while on it! Works wonders tho when it comes to acne.
simple rubbing alcohol will remove oils, and sterilize the infected skin as well as or better than most expensive pimple medications if applied with a clean cotton ball twice to three times a day.
K believe it or not………find a Cleansing Product with a MILK BASE in it
my sister had Acne forever, she used Proactiv,,,,everything nothing worked

L’oreal has one called: Age Perfect Anti-Fatigue Lotion Cleaner
It’s the Magnesium in the product I believe that is the wonder-drug to get rid of Acne
(costs about $13 or if you go to Winners (Canada) or TJMack (US) they have them there for 50% off)
She also stated NIVEA has similar Milk Based products
