In what order should I put on toner, acne medication, and moisturizer?

That depends on wat acne medication that u are using i know the one that I use wont allow me to put moisturisers over or under it at all as the medication wont have its full effect. Other than that if you think its fine to use with moisturiser id say do the Neutrogena then moisturiser and then the acne medication.
