What the skin needs is a product that clears pores and kills bacteria, thus preventing hair follicles from clogging and turning into acne. This is what you should be looking for if you want to get rid of those ugly acne.

ugh I am having the same problem, but everything I try makes it worse…I have been using pure lavender oil recently, and that seems to be helping………..just a few drops on a q-tip directly on the problem area.
For acne I use baby wipes. I know this sounds weird, but it helps, majorly. It clears the germs and cleans your face. Every night take a good warm, soapy shower and cleanse your face and then wipe over them with baby wipes when you get out!!

I don’t know of a medication that works on all people. Like foundation, it has to be custom tailored for your skin type. Personally, I use the Oxy acne line. It has 10% benzoyl peroxide so it’s pretty effective on my oily skin. It can be pretty harsh on people with sensitive skin so you might have to find the benzoyl peroxide with a lower dosage in a different acne line.
Ok, I bet I wasted atleast $200 bucks on facial cleansers and moisturizers that DONT WORK! Right now I’m using SpectroJel, it eliminates clutter of dead skin cells, oil, makeup, and leaves your skin SOOO glowy and smooth and moisturized, no grease! Oh yeah, and afterwards I just use Aveeno which has natural stuff to smooth out my skin.

Only around $10, and its good because its basically multipurpose.
And for pimples and acne, use TEA TREE OIL, which you can find in the Body Shop, for around $9, dries up the pimple and heals the acne WOOT WOOT!
