i have mild acne, and i always complain about it, and i feel appreciative that my mom would buy me it, but i don’t want to use it and have my skin break out WORSE.

not sure. if it doesn’t work, i’d suggest supplementing 100 to 300mg of alpha lipoic acid twice a day. it’s the only fat & water soluble antioxidant. itll help smoothen your skin and reduce acne all over your body. then apply things like cream when the acne comes up. also drink green tea and water instead of fruit juices, soda and alcohol.
