Bio oil is good for mostly everything to do with skin, or you can get some cheap cleanser and toners from asda or superdrug. Bio oil is also good for acne as it cleans and re freshens skin and helps keep your skin fresh.

Yes Complex face lotion is great lightweight, fragrance free comes
in a nice tube is water based is great for oily skin it hydrates without
the greasiness.
for Toner use the Thayers Witch Hazel it doesnt contain alcohol that
those you find at walmart can be too strong for your skin you find
that Thayers one in GNC or Vitamin shoppe stores , also Aloe vera
Toner is good too.
